I'm Patience Babajide McCormick — Atlanta-based commercial attorney, negotiation strategist, and founder of Midly Labs, an AI-powered contract workflow platform built because I lived the chaos contracts create when they're managed through email and shared drives.
With over a decade of experience negotiating complex agreements across defense contracting, legal tech, enterprise SaaS, and business transactions, I've sat on both sides of the table.
